I'm stealing this one from chrisamaphone.

Thanks. one minor change - no capital A- Greek mss don't use capitals and lower case like us.Or punctuation! And one word: de is a bitty word, a weak "but". de with a long e, eta, is an emphatic word, emphasising the previous word.

So it should be:

ἐιαν σατανα σοι λεγω ἀκουη δη κατ᾽εὑνοιαν ὑπαγη χαριν ἐχω

?

The eta mistake is embarrassing. I was thinking νυνι δε μενει...

By the way, you too can type in Greek. If you go to the International control panel and click "Input Menu" at the top, you can check any language you might want to write in. (I picked Arabic-QWERTY, Greek Polytonic, and Hebrew-QWERTY.) Make sure "Show input menu in menu bar" is checked. When you're done with that, you should notice a little flag at the top of your screen, next to the date. (It's an American flag; isn't that annoying?) If you click it, you can go down and click any of those languages you just selected. Then just start typing, and you'll be typing in tha language! It even works on Livejournal.

The Greek letters are mostly where you'd expect them, except ω is v and θ is u, for example. For smooth breathing type ' and then the vowel; for rough breathing type shift-' and then the vowel. Play with it a few minutes and you'll figure it out quickly.

It's only an American flag if your default input is US English. You can change that in the International pane of System Preferences as well. :-)

(The translation was all Greek to me, so I had to jump in for the tech support!)
