I'm starting tomorrow because tomorrow is the first day of Advent for us, since we go to church on Fridays. But of course I just realized that this week we'll be going to the Sunday service anyway, since tomorrow morning we have to cook for our potluck Thanksgiving dinner. Oh well!

Cool! (See, y_pestis, this time somebody DID care!)

I've never been the world's biggest fan of Paul, but I'm really enjoying the epistles this time through. I think reading the Qur'an gave me a very different perspective on the Bible.

That's cool too. I definitely read with a little less attention and thought than I would have at a slower pace. I'm pretty sure that the mantra "Only five more chapters till I can fall asleep" is not a traditional step in lectio divina.

Are you back yet, or still in the U.S.?
