I'm entirely perplexed, however. The only way a finger would show up on an X-ray is if the dude ate it whole, bones and all. This seems like an inefficient and above all painful way to dispose of a corpse.
In only slightly less amusing news, Status worry keeps Qataris away from private sector jobs. The article speculates wildly as to motivations, but it is in fact the case that less than 2% of the Qatari workforce is employed in the private sector (source).
