Qatar's Internal Security Force
Aug. 15th, 2008 09:38 amThe Internal Security Force, which is Qatar's equivalent of the US Secret Service, now has a facebook page, which is quite an advance into the space age given that their website consists of a gif of their URL. Um.
So now you, too, can see the ISF's logo, my favorite in Qatar:
Nothing makes me feel more secure than seeing a man waving a gun from atop a deformed camel.
They do link to a rather kick-ass video of Qatari women in the ISF. If after reading my blog you still think Muslim/Arab women are shrinking violets, watch some of them rappel down buildings and shoot at people.
