Apparently I'm an existentialist. No huge shock there.

That I scored more Utilitarian than Kantian surprised me, though. When we learned about different ethical systems in Mentor Seminar in college, I always argued for the categorical imperative and against utilitarianism. (I'd also have scored higher on Divine Command in college.)

Yesterday was International Day at work, for which everyone was encouraged to dress in their (or at least a) national dress. When we were asked last week whether we wanted to participate, most of us Americans wracked our brains for what we might wear to represent the U.S. I said to my coworker, "I'd represent Northern Californian culture, if I had brought any of my hippy clothes to Qatar." She pointed at what I happened to be wearing that day and said, "Well... you've got that...." So, while I did not officially represent NorCal, I did wear a hippier-than-average outfit.
