Hazy shade of winter

"Vehicular traffic slowed down, people of all ages donned warm clothes and electricity-propelled room heaters went out of stock at several stores in Doha following the chill winds and haze that blanketted Doha since early yesterday morning."
It was 55 degrees Fahrenheit!
Come on, people!
